Lou is an accomplished executive level professional with 15 years of Department of Defense experience in operational planning, synchronizing and coordinating operations across government agencies. In-depth experience in foreign and domestic interagency coordination, strategic planning, program management, team building, and staff development. Personally committed to implementing highly ethical, result-oriented best practices to achieve effective and efficient processes at all levels.

Our team is hard-working, with dedication and devotion to capitalize on the new direction of the Company. We have achieved initial success and are making additions to the company by building on a solid foundation for CD-SEAS Mission Microgravity.CD-SEAS will be expanding its reach and continue focusing on dual Earth and Space applications in 2018.
